Facebook Logo redesign

The launch of Facebook’s massive “More Together” campaign was the perfect opportunity for a brand identity refresh.

As part of this, I led the team that updated one of the world’s most recognizable logos. While keeping the iconic ‘f’, we shifted to a circle and a brighter shade of blue to better connect to the product design and convey a sense of openness and possibility. This new design launched in May 2019, and has been seen by billions across TV commercials, out-of-home advertising, social campaigns and of course in the app itself ever since.
